Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Journeyman Roofers to join our team. As a Journeyman Roofer, you will be responsible for leading roofing projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead roofing crews in the installation of various roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, flat roofing and metal roofing (Residential & Commercial)
• Oversee the repair and replacement of damaged roofing components.
• Conduct roof inspections and assessments to identify areas in need of repair or maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on job sites.
• Train and mentor apprentice roofers to develop their skills and knowledge in the trade.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a roofer.
• Proficiency in installing and repairing various types of roofing materials.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage roofing crews.
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to roofing work.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
